Always Satisfied Eating is a non-diet approach to help you to conquer your lifelong issues with food, eating, health and weight.
It is NOT a diet!
The premise of the approach is to eat regularly throughout the day when you are hungry, and stopping when you are satisfied. You relearn to listen to your internal cues, not external ones, and how to eat all food. Yes, all food! There is no counting, weighing (including your body), or restricting.
Always Satisfied Eating is for YOU! Whether you struggle with your weight or not. You overeat or not. You have been on every diet out there or not. You know how to eat or not.
Always Satisfied Eating is an online 8-week course offered for limited times during the year. The course consists of six modules with each module containing numerous lessons provided via videos and pdfs. There are weekly live sessions with Ann Silver as well as group support. All for you to learn how to eat Always Satisfied.
